There are about 40 guest-houses scattered throughout Islamabad offering 4 to 12 rooms, usually with AC. On the whole they are good value and comfortable. Here are some suggested addresses in F-6, F-7 and F-8: they are often full, so it is a good idea to book in advance. Many have dish antennae and in-house movies.
